Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient movement of goods through our facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in 3PL environments, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across teams to support inbound, outbound, and inventory activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.

• Ensure proper handling of inventory, including cross docking, overflow storage, kitting, and sub-assembly.

• Use WMS systems (SSA WMS 4000, SAP, AS400, Red Prairie, or Manhattan) to track inventory and process orders.

• Monitor and report on warehouse performance, stock levels, and movement accuracy using RF and EDI systems.

• Communicate with internal teams and clients to ensure service expectations are met.

• Support customs processes in our bonded warehouse and CFS station.

• Assist in return and reverse logistics processing.

• Help oversee safety procedures and compliance standards within the warehouse.

• Organize and oversee custom crating, packaging, and heavy equipment handling when needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience in warehouse coordination, logistics, or related field.

• Proficiency with WMS platforms (SSA WMS 4000 preferred; SAP, AS400, Red Prairie, or Manhattan a plus).

• Familiarity with RF scanning, EDI systems, and general inventory control methods.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to lift up to [Insert Weight, e.g., 50 lbs] as needed and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in bonded warehouse operations or CFS stations is a plus.

• Forklift certification is desirable but not required.
