Based in Cambridge, MA. We're transforming how air cargo is booked across the U.S. We’ve built a digital booking platform that modernizes the freight process—and now we’re growing fast.

We're looking for Sales Executives who love the hustle, thrive on cold calls, and want to be part of a lean, high-energy team that’s shaking up the freight industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the full sales cycle: from cold outreach to closing new business

• Sell our digital air cargo platform to forwarders, IACs, co-loaders, and known shippers

• Work remotely and independently—while staying closely connected to the team

• Hit the phones, hit the streets: do what it takes to win (cold calling & field sales required)

• Keep your pipeline clean, updated, and moving

• Bring in new business. Period.

What You Bring:

• Strong command of English (verbal + written)

• High energy and grit—you're not afraid of hearing "no"

• A track record (or clear hunger) for B2B sales, ideally in freight forwarding, co-loading, or trucking

• Bonus: 2+ years selling to IATA forwarders, IACs, or known shippers in the U.S.

• Bonus: Experience with co-loaders or GSAs (general sales agent)

• Super organized: can juggle hundreds of leads and follow-ups

• Comfortable working solo and in the field—but a solid team player

• You're probably early in your career, ambitious, and ready to prove yourself
