Location: Torrance, California | Job Type: Full-Time | Hours: Mon-Fri; 8:30am-5:00pm | Pay Rate: $24+ Hour DOE

What You'll Do:

• Handle all stages of import operations—from start to finish

• Communicate with customers, carriers, and vendors to ensure smooth shipments

• Maintain compliance with customs regulations and documentation

• Manage consolidated cargo and cross-border moves

• Use Cargowise to manage shipments efficiently

• Negotiate rates with trucking companies, carriers, and vendors

• Deliver outstanding service with a smile—even under pressure!

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of freight forwarding experience (must-have!)

• Hands-on experience with Cargowise

• Strong knowledge of customs procedures & compliance

• Solid background in handling consolidated cargo and international shipments

• Proven customer service and relationship-building skills

• Strong communication, tech skills, and a get-it-done attitude

• Team player who’s approachable, solution-oriented, and easy to work with
