Market Research Interviewer / Transit Surveyor – West Covina Transit (2-Week Project)
We’re hiring Market Research Interviewers / Surveyors to conduct in-person rider surveys on West Covina Transit. Pay starting at $20hr
Project Duration:
📅 2 weeks starting February 11
Shifts:
⏰ 6–8 hour shifts
Start times: 6:30 AM, 7:45 AM, or 11:30 AM
What You’ll Do:
*Conduct onboard rider surveys
*Approach and engage passengers professionally
*Travel to assigned routes/locations
*Follow survey instructions and schedules
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer service, friendly folks
- Comfortable standing/walking 4–6 hours
- Comfortable working on public transit
- Professional, and reliable
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Presentable appearance (no facial tattoos)
- Flexible schedule
- Bilingual a plus: Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese
- Great short-term opportunity for those who enjoy fieldwork and working with the public.
