Market Research Interviewer / Surveyor – North Bay

We are seeking Market Research Interviewers / Surveyors to conduct in-person surveys on-board Bay Area public transit, primarily in the North Bay.

****Starts Feb 2026 and ends May 2026****

Pay: $20hr

Schedule:

• Morning Shift: 7:30 AM start
• Afternoon Shift: 11:30 AM start
• 8-hour shifts with a paid 30-minute meal break
• 5–6 hours of survey work; remaining time includes travel, check-in, drop-off, and resupply
• 5 days per week, including one weekend day (either Sun-Thur OR Tue-Sat)

Responsibilities

• Conduct rider surveys on public transit
• Travel between assigned locations and routes
• Follow detailed survey protocols and schedules
• Maintain a professional, respectful presence with the public

Qualifications

• Comfortable standing/walking 4–6 hours
• Comfortable using public transit (North Bay familiarity a plus)
• Confident engaging with the public
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable and detail-oriented
