Now, we’re looking for a detail-focused, organized, and driven Bilingual Order Processor to join our growing Distribution team!

Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Pay Rate:
Starting at $20/hour – Depending on Experience

Location: Commerce, CA

What You’ll Do:

• Process and enter customer orders accurately using our Magaya system

• Prepare shipping documents and manage shipment tracking

• Maintain organized records of orders, shipments, and inventory

• Collaborate with customer service and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order flow and client satisfaction

Required:

• 2 years of high-volume Order Processing

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Bilingual Spanish/ English necessary

• Excellent Data Entry with attention to detail

• Good customer service attitude

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Experience with Magaya software is a plus, but not required
