A busy tax firm in Torrance is seeking a reliable Office Assistant to support operations during peak tax season. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and route incoming calls; screen and assist callers professionally
  • Heavy scheduling and calendar management
  • Perform accurate data entry
  • Assemble client files and organize documents
  • Provide general administrative and front-desk support

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of office or administrative experience
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable multitasking in a high-volume environment
  • Proficient with basic computer systems and data entry
