Our platform connects freight forwarders and airlines to streamline cargo capacity bookings. As we expand, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our remote operations and support team.

Position Overview:
This role is responsible for supporting back-end operations and customer communications for our air cargo booking platform. You will handle data entry, manage shipping documentation, maintain database accuracy, and communicate directly with customers to provide shipment updates and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily data entry and regular database maintenance tasks.

• Support platform operations by managing shipment information and documentation.

• Communicate with customers via email and phone to provide status updates and resolve service issues.

• Review, organize, and process shipping documents, including Air Waybills, Bills of Lading, and freight certificates.

• Collaborate closely with team members while working independently in a remote setting.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness in all operational activities.

Candidate Requirements:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in air cargo operations with an airline, freight forwarder, or logistics company (required).

• Strong familiarity with both electronic and hard copy shipping documents.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (required).

• Proficient in logistics systems and digital tools.

• High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail.

• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a fully remote environment.
