We're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Air Freight Agent who’s eager to grow within a dynamic, startup environment. You’ll play a key support role in helping our customers move their air freight efficiently, while providing best-in-class customer service.

Location: Overseas (Remote)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist in collecting and comparing freight quotes from airline partners

• Help prepare and share shipment quotes with customers

• Support the booking process for customer shipments

• Keep customers updated on the status of their freight

• Work closely with the team to solve shipment-related issues

• Share feedback with the product team to improve our tools and systems

WHAT YOU BRING

• 1+ year of experience in air freight forwarding, airline cargo, or a related logistics role 

• Understanding of freight quoting or pricing 

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a growing team

• Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

• Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems

• A customer-first attitude and a team player mindset
