About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Air Cargo Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. In this role, you’ll oversee and coordinate air freight bookings, manage customer communications, and help shape our product by sharing insights from day-to-day operations. You'll play a key part in ensuring smooth, efficient service for our customers while supporting our mission to modernize air cargo logistics.

What You’ll Do

• Source and negotiate quotes with airlines to secure optimal cargo space and pricing

• Provide customers with accurate and timely freight quotes

• Coordinate and book shipments through our platform

• Keep customers informed with proactive updates on shipment status

• Resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary

• Collaborate closely with the product team, sharing insights to improve our technology and workflows

What You Bring

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in air freight—within a freight forwarder, airline cargo department, or GSA

• Proven background in quoting, pricing, and air cargo operations

• Supervisory or managerial experience in a logistics or freight environment

• Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)

• Ability to think on your feet, solve problems, and adapt quickly

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, tech-driven, team-based setting

• Bonus: Experience in a startup environment
