Job Title: Assembly Technician

Location: Gardnervile, NV

Pay: $19.50hr

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our industrial technology manufacturing team. This role is responsible for the assembly, testing, packaging, and shipment of products, ensuring timely delivery to our customers. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, or assembly environments and is comfortable working with engineering drawings, ERP systems, and production machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect purchased parts, materials, components, and equipment for quality and compliance

• Execute assembly, testing, and packaging tasks according to engineering specifications and production schedules

• Follow methods, sequences, and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient work

• Safely operate and maintain production machinery; perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance

• Pack and ship finished products in compliance with shipping standards

• Process transactions in SAP/ERP systems and maintain accurate production records

• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality

Qualifications / Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution

• Minimum 6 months of experience in manufacturing, assembly, packing/shipping, warehouse operations, or customer service

• Basic computer skills, math proficiency, and understanding of weights and measures

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred, but not required
