Pay: $23-24/hr
Shift: Night (preference for night shift experience)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team in Camino, CA. If you have experience managing production operations and motivating a team to meet quality and efficiency goals, this role is for you! You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth production processes, meeting deadlines, and fostering a safe and productive work environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate production team members

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 + years of Previous supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment

• Experience with night shifts is a strong plus

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to motivate a team and maintain a positive work environment
