Location: Rancho Murieta, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temporary (6–8 weeks)
Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm
Pay: $20/hour 


About the Role

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join a Homeowners Association (HOA) office in Rancho Murieta, CA on a temporary basis. This front desk position plays a key role in providing excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors while supporting daily administrative operations.

Responsibilities

  • Front Desk & Customer Service: Greet residents, guests, and vendors in person and by phone; provide accurate information and exceptional service.

  • Phone & Email Management: Answer, screen, and direct calls or messages to the appropriate departments.

  • Resident Services: Process bar code applications for resident vehicles and maintain accurate logs.

  • Facility Reservations: Schedule and coordinate community facility reservations, ensuring all paperwork and approvals are complete.

  • Payment Handling: Accept and record payments for HOA fees, following proper cash-handling procedures.

  • Administrative Support: Assist with clerical tasks, record-keeping, and general office duties while maintaining confidentiality of resident information.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of front desk experience (HOA or property management experience a plus).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Professional, reliable, and able to work independently and in a team environment.
