Job Summary

We are hiring an Air & Ocean Export Agent to support our Air Export, Ocean Export, and Transborder Canada operations. This role is responsible for booking shipments, preparing documentation, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Air Export operations (50%) including booking, documentation, and compliance.

• Coordinate Transborder Canada shipments (25%) with carriers, brokers, and customers.

• Handle Ocean Export shipments (25%) including scheduling, bills of lading, and carrier communications.

• Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs, Canadian border regulations, and international trade laws.

• Track shipments, resolve delays, and maintain accurate records in company systems.

• Provide proactive communication and customer service to clients and vendors.

Requirements

• 2+ year of freight forwarding, logistics, or international shipping experience (preferred).

• Working knowledge of Air Export, Ocean Export, and cross-border regulations.

• Strong skills in documentation, shipment coordination, and compliance.

• Proficiency in logistics systems such as CargoWise and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
