Schedule: Flexible | ~20 hours per week

What You’ll Do

Manage Accounts Receivables, including data entry, tracking invoices, and reconciling records

Accurately enter and update data in QuickBooks, spreadsheets, and company databases

Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness

Maintain both electronic and paper files for easy access

Answer phones, manage mail, and greet visitors as needed

Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars

Prepare correspondence, reports, and other office documents

Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed

Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Support team members with general office tasks and special projects
What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or equivalent (additional admin training a plus)

Proven experience with Accounts Receivables

Proficiency with QuickBooks (required)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel required)

Great communication skills—both written and verbal
