Location: Gardnerville, NV
Schedule: Flexible | ~20 hours per week

Our general contracting company in Gardnerville, NV is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant & Data Entry Clerk to join our team. What You’ll Do

  • Manage Accounts Receivables, including data entry, tracking invoices, and reconciling records

  • Accurately enter and update data in QuickBooks, spreadsheets, and company databases

  • Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness

  • Maintain both electronic and paper files for easy access

  • Answer phones, manage mail, and greet visitors as needed

  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other office documents

  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed

  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

  • Support team members with general office tasks and special projects

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (additional admin training a plus)

  • Proven experience with Accounts Receivables

  • Proficiency with QuickBooks (required)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel required)

  • Great communication skills—both written and verbal

  • Ability to work independently and stay focused in a flexible environment
