Position Summary

The HR Supervisor will play a key role in supporting and strengthening our workforce. This position requires a hands-on HR professional who can manage core HR functions with a strong focus on employee engagement, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and employee relations

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding

• Administer and maintain HR systems including ADP Workforce Now

• Oversee 401(k) administration, benefits enrollment, and open enrollment activities

• Monitor timekeeping, attendance, and ensure payroll accuracy in coordination with Finance

• Support managers with employee development, coaching, and performance reviews

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies

• Coordinate employee recognition and engagement programs

• Maintain HR documentation and personnel files

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a logistics, supply chain, or transportation environment

• Proficient in ADP Workforce Now and familiar with 401(k) plan administration

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and hiring processes

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills

• Strong employee-centric approach with a proactive mindset

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
