 We are a dynamic freight forwarding company committed to delivering seamless logistics solutions to our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team and drive business development nationwide.

Location: Remote - (must live in any of these cities - Los Angeles greater area or San Francisco)

Pay Rate: $62,000 + commissions

 

Job Summary:
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and expanding our customer base. This role requires a self-motivated, goal-oriented professional with a proven track record in high volume sales and freight forwarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new leads and close business opportunities.

  • Identify, target, and prospect potential clients in the freight forwarding industry.

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience.

  • Experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry (must).

  • Proven track record of lead generation and closing new business.

  • Self-motivated, independent, and driven to achieve results.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule.
