Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Entry Writer with experience preparing entries and working with different regulatory agencies. This role involves processing import documentation, classifying goods, and ensuring full compliance with CBP and PGA regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and transmit CBP Form 7501 entries through ACE/ABI

• Classify goods using HTSUS and apply correct duties/taxes

• Handle documentation for FDA, USDA, and other PGAs

• Review commercial documents and ensure compliance

• Communicate with clients, carriers, and customs officials

• Track shipments and resolve clearance issues promptly

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of entry writing experience under a Customs Broker, including 7501 consumption entries

• Proficiency with ACE/ABI and brokerage software (e.g., Descartes, CargoWise)

• Strong knowledge of HTS classification and U.S. Customs regulations

• Experience with FDA/USDA-regulated shipments

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
