Position Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Customs Broker with strong wholesale export experience to join our dynamic team. This individual will manage the end-to-end export process, ensure regulatory compliance, and support our longstanding commitment to operational excellence. This is a key role in maintaining our reputation for accuracy, responsiveness, and deep industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file export documentation in compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and other regulatory agencies.

  • Oversee classification, valuation, and admissibility of exported goods.

  • Coordinate closely with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely movement of goods.

  • Advise clients on customs regulations, documentation requirements, and compliance issues specific to wholesale exports.

  • Ensure accurate and complete records of all export activities, in accordance with applicable laws.

  • Resolve issues related to export holds, customs exams, and documentation discrepancies.

  • Stay current with U.S. and international trade regulations, including EAR, FTR, and OFAC sanctions.

  • Support bonded warehousing and foreign trade zone operations, where applicable.

Requirements:

  • Active U.S. Customs Broker License (preferred).

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customs brokerage with a focus on wholesale export operations.

  • Strong working knowledge of U.S. export regulations and documentation.

  • Experience handling air and ocean shipments.

  • Familiarity with bonded warehousing, FTZ operations, and quota/warehouse entries.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills for internal and external coordination.

  • Proficiency in customs software platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
