Assistant Operations Manager

Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $24-25/hr
Location: South Lake Tahoe, CA
Key Responsibilities:

Support the General Manager in overseeing all facets of the business, including property operations, marina services, and event space coordination.

Deliver outstanding customer service, assist with sales activities, manage reservations, and issue membership passes.

Monitor and respond to incoming phone calls, messages, and voicemail systems to ensure prompt and professional communication.

Assist with financial tasks including accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), and payroll processing.

Supervise marina staff and ensure proper shift coverage and operational readiness at all times.

Respond to guest issues and service concerns, using de-escalation techniques to resolve complaints and maintain guest satisfaction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
-
2–3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a hospitality or guest service environment.

Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes (preferred).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Strong problem-solving skills with a calm and customer-first approach to conflict resolution.

Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday, including weekends and holidays as needed.
