Position Overview

The Assembler is responsible for assembling wire harnesses, cables, and electronic components in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow technical instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and electronic components according to specifications

• Cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires using hand tools and equipment

• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and assembly instructions

• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards

• Operate basic production equipment for wire and cable processing

• Maintain organized workstations and follow safety procedures

• Meet daily production goals and deadlines

• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred (electronics or wiring a plus)

• Ability to use hand tools (cutters, crimpers, wire strippers)

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Comfortable working with small parts and repetitive tasks

• Basic math and measurement skills

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods

• Frequent use of hands for fine motor tasks

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed

• Good vision (with or without correction) for detailed assembly work
