Market Research Interviewer / Transit Surveyor – North Bay

We are seeking Market Research Interviewers / Transit Surveyors to conduct in-person surveys on-board Bay Area public transit, primarily in the North Bay.

****Starts Apr 2026 and ends May 2026****

Pay: $20hr

Schedule:

• Candidate MUST be able to work the following schedule:
      >Wednesday through Saturday
      >afternoon evening schedule
      >start time each day will vary, BUT shifts will start sometime between 12 noon and 3 pm.
      >Available to work this schedule from 1 April through 21 May

Responsibilities

• Conduct rider surveys on public transit

• Travel between assigned locations and routes

• Follow detailed survey protocols and schedules

• Maintain a professional, respectful presence with the public

Qualifications

• Comfortable standing/walking 4–6 hours

• Comfortable using public transit (North Bay familiarity a plus)

• Confident engaging with the public

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Reliable and detail-oriented
