Job Title: Production Floater – Manufacturing Assembly
Location: Minden, NV
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00- $23.00/hour DOE

Position Summary

The Production Floater supports multiple areas of the manufacturing floor to ensure continuous production flow. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to perform hands-on assembly, inventory support, and quality checks across departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble units and sub-assemblies (closures, guides, valves) using hand and power tools

• Build pump flanges, ball valves, and isolation couplings to support production demand

• Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure quality and proper fit

• Record daily production activity and completed parts accurately

• Enter inventory and production data using a tablet or computer system

• Assist with TIG welding support for small and large valve production

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with safety standards

• Step into different production areas based on workflow and staffing needs

Requirements & Qualifications

• Recent manufacturing or assembly experience (must)

• Strong hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision

• Flexibility to change tasks and priorities throughout the shift

• Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs

• Ability to move carts weighing up to 1,500 lbs
