Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $19–$23 per hour

What You'll Do
- Set up and prepare manufacturing equipment for production runs
- Assemble mechanical components, valves, and subassemblies using hand and power tools
- Troubleshoot equipment and identify basic mechanical issues to keep production running efficiently
- Test finished products and components to ensure proper functionality
- Perform quality control inspections and verify products meet company standards
- Build support products and prepare parts for production
- Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure quality, fit, and finish
- Assist with production operations, including basic TIG welding support
- Enter completed work into inventory and production systems using a tablet or computer
- Follow production schedules and production priorities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Support other production-related tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recent manufacturing or production experience
- Previous experience setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and testing manufacturing equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools
- Experience performing quality control inspections and maintaining production standards
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and professional work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing assembly experience
- Troubleshooting and testing equipment
- TIG welding experience or willingness to learn
- Experience working with inventory, production tracking, or ERP systems
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 70 lbs.
- Push carts weighing up to 1,500 lbs.
- Stand and work on your feet for extended periods
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
