Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $19–$23 per hour

What You'll Do

  • Set up and prepare manufacturing equipment for production runs
  • Assemble mechanical components, valves, and subassemblies using hand and power tools
  • Troubleshoot equipment and identify basic mechanical issues to keep production running efficiently
  • Test finished products and components to ensure proper functionality
  • Perform quality control inspections and verify products meet company standards
  • Build support products and prepare parts for production
  • Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure quality, fit, and finish
  • Assist with production operations, including basic TIG welding support
  • Enter completed work into inventory and production systems using a tablet or computer
  • Follow production schedules and production priorities
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Support other production-related tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent manufacturing or production experience
  • Previous experience setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and testing manufacturing equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools
  • Experience performing quality control inspections and maintaining production standards
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Positive attitude and professional work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

  • Manufacturing assembly experience
  • Troubleshooting and testing equipment
  • TIG welding experience or willingness to learn
  • Experience working with inventory, production tracking, or ERP systems

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Push carts weighing up to 1,500 lbs.
  • Stand and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
