Warehouse Clerk

💲 $24–26/hr + overtime

We’re looking for a reliable, energetic Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse operations, including inventory, procurement, and distribution. This role plays a key part in keeping materials organized, accurate, and ready for use.

What You’ll Do

• Pull, stock, and organize inventory; maintain accurate records

• Inspect incoming materials and process purchase orders

• Manage inventory (cycle counts, physical counts, WDT use)

• Handle shipping/receiving, returns, and recalls

• Load/unload trucks and deliver materials locally as needed

• Communicate with suppliers on pricing, availability, and substitutions

• Support contractors and internal teams with material needs

• Operate warehouse systems (MMIS) and equipment (forklift, carts, tools)

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Train team members and assist with general warehouse operations

What You Bring

• 1+ year of recent warehouse or materials experience (utilities experience a plus)

• Forklift certification (required)

• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and documentation

• Basic computer and math skills

• Valid driver’s license

• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

Work Environment

• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

• May involve exposure to natural gas

• Requires use of PPE and company-issued uniform

• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely
