Location: Gardnerville, NV
Pay: $20/hour

Schedule: Mon-Fri; 7am-4pm
Duration: 4–5 months, with possibility of extension

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dependable General Laborer to assist with fence installations and other construction tasks. This role is physically active and involves supporting the team on various projects. Prior experience in construction or fencing is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with fence installation, including carrying materials, digging, and site prep.

• Perform general labor tasks on construction sites.

• Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely.

• Follow safety guidelines and help maintain a clean, organized worksite.

• Support team members as needed to ensure projects are completed efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Previous Construction/ General Labor experience is required

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Willingness to learn and take direction.
