Warehouse Customer Service Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Customer Service Coordinator to join a fast-paced third-party logistics (3PL) warehousing and distribution operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3PL logistics, warehouse operations, and customer account management. This position requires someone who can independently manage customer accounts, coordinate daily warehouse activities, and ensure accurate and timely movement of freight.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts, ensuring accurate order processing and timely communication.

• Coordinate inbound receiving, outbound shipping, fulfillment, distribution, and transloading activities.

• Process customer orders, monitor shipments, and maintain inventory accuracy through a Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Communicate with warehouse personnel, trucking companies, and customers to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and order fulfillment.

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipment delays, and customer concerns.

• Maintain accurate shipping documentation, inventory records, and operational reports.

• Manage multiple priorities and ensure daily operational deadlines and customer expectations are met.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a 3PL warehouse or distribution environment is required.

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory management, fulfillment, and transloading.

• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); Extensiv WMS experience is a strong plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Experience coordinating with trucking companies, warehouse teams, and customers.

• Ability to independently manage customer accounts and resolve operational issues.

• Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

• Dependable, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

$23–$28 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
