We are a design and manufacturing company of various home good products. Our customer service agents are incentivized to upsell products and move into business development roles to start earning commissions!

Job type: Full-time; on-site
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Must have 3+ years of customer service & e-commerce experience
Must have knowledge of order processing from beginning to fulfillment
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have experience working with a CRM

Must be able to start immediately!
