Shipping Clerk

Location: Gardnerville, NV
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay: $20.00–$24.33/hour DOE

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join a manufacturing team in Gardnerville, NV. This position is responsible for final assembly, quality inspection, packaging, and shipping of control valves and components. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing or shipping experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to safely use hand tools and shipping systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform final assembly and quality checks on products before shipment
• Package and prepare orders to prevent damage during transit
• Enter shipping information accurately into shipping systems
• Coordinate shipments and freight pickups
• Maintain shipping inventory and complete weekly inventory reports
• Monitor baler operations and assist with receiving department coverage as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Assist with additional shipping and warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of assembly and warehouse experience required
• Recent Shipping experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs., push carts up to 1,000 lbs., and stand for extended periods
