Role: Administrative Assistant

Salary: $22-$24 per hour 

Job type: Full-time, in-person

 

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support to case manager, benefits coordinator and general office, reception and front desk duties
  • Confidential data management including intake forms, uploading filing and scheduling appointments. 
  • Verify and audit all documents for accuracy, completion and compliance
  • General client service duties including assistance with documentation needs, appointments and filling out forms
  • Communicate and distribute pertinent information to perth departments and agencies
  • Compile and report on enrollment and program participants
  • HMIS system 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, Certificate, Associates or higher preferred
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with processing forms highly preferred (Escrow office, Legal office)
  • Previous experience at a non-profit organization a plus
