Role: Inventory Lead

Salary range: $20+ DOE

Job type:Full-Time, Sun-Thurs or Mon-Fri 

Location: Huntington Park, CA

We are currently hiring for an Inventory Lead to assist the Warehouse Manager and oversee the shipping, receiving and other activities within a distribution facility. 

Responsibilities

• Lead and help manage inventory through regular cycle counts and reconciling any discrepancies, material handling

• Provide support and input to other departments for process improvement. Communicate with management and other departments

• Operate forklift sit down, reach

• Follow and all SOP for safety and efficiency, ensure full compliance of team

• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• 3 or more years in a fast paced, high volume distribution center inventory role, with at least 1 year in a lead position.

• Proven ability to lead team, ensure adherence to company policies, collaborate and offer solutions

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

•  Previous experience with WMS  software a must, HighJump preferred

• Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite or Google. 

• Strong analytical skills and has the ability to run and read reports and forecasting models

• 2 or more years experience of safely operating forklift and pallet jack

• Experience in cold storage and distribution strongly preferred
