Maintenance Technician | Industrial Maintenance

SUMMARY: Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery. Inspect equipment and plan repairs for service required. Check diagrams, or drawings for repairs or equipment installations when necessary and do lay-out work and fabrication.


  • Location:  Carson, CA

  • Work Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm (40 hour week)

  • Pay: $ Dep. on experience


  • At least 1  year of work exp. in a Maintenance role, use of various hand tools and equipment to repair, replace and reassemble parts and equipment.

  • A High school diploma, valid driver's license,

  • Able to pass a background check and drug screen.


  • Perform maintenance on machine tools in a foundry environment, equipment such as molding machines, furnaces (heat treat and melting), hoists, and conveyors.

  • Perform Preventative Maintenance on equipment using schedules provided.

  • Lubricate equipment, Change, set up and adjust equipment as required

  • Maintenance of Hydraulic equipment

  • Perform work on building equipment as needed; basic plumbing, Basic electrical and construction skills.


  • Maintenance experience in an industrial setting preferred

  • PC skills; Basic internet and email

  • Clear communication skills in English

  • Must be able to read blueprints and equipment manuals

  • Able to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, twist, carry and lift up to 50lbs. 


​SUMMARY:  Manages documentation, communications, and project control on a cloud development project.


  • Assist Program Manager in assessing, documenting, and tracking new program requirements and follow-on technical exchange meetings 

  • Assist in the preparation of management plans and reports

  • Compose technical documents incl; user’s manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports

  • Facilitate meetings and information sessions; Documentation and distribution of Minutes and action items; and tracking action items for successful completion

  • Edit functional descriptions, system specifications, user’s manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents

  • Maintain correspondence, records, files for reports, operating procedures, and internal memoranda

  • Plan and coordinate program management process activities such as Program Reviews and Control Gate Reviews, including scheduling of meetings and preparation of briefings / presentations

  • Support the collection, compilation, evaluation, and publication of information and statistical data in documents, records, forms, reports, plans, policies, and regulations



  • CS Degree in Information Systems or work experience in Computer and / or Information Technology

  • Experience performing IT project integration related work, including:

  • Running project control gates, tracking tasks, assigning tasks, and creating filters

  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office apps; Word and Excel

  • Experience with project tracking tools, i.e., Jira, Microsoft Project, Service Now
