Freight Forwarding company in Torrance is looking for an Import Coordinator experienced in Air and Ocean freight shipments.

Duties:
- Process Air/Ocean Inbound shipments, track and trace containers, prepare commercial documents
- Maintain communication and information between Customers and Vendors to ensure that customers’ needs were being met.
- Monitor the invoicing of all inbound shipments and any prepaid freight charges, on a weekly basis.
Requirements:
- An Import Agent for at least 2-3 years from Freight Forwarding co.
- Knows Import documentation and processing A-Z air/ocean freight shipments
- Reliable and able to show up to work on time and as scheduled
- Pass a background check and drug screen
