Data Entry – Order Processing (El Segundo, CA)
International Logistics company seeking a Data Entry, clerical person, who can work in office Monday through Friday, 40 hours weekly. Our ideal candidate is dependable, speaks and communicates clearly in English, has good phone etiquette and office skills.
Pay: $19/ HR
Skills req.: Typing / Data Entry
Hours: 8 am-5 pm Monday — Friday
Job type: long term temporary
• Primarily work on a desk with computer and phone but occasionally may need to work in the warehouse.
• Data Entry of global account shipping reports
• Daily communication with other offices to report current cargo locations
• Prepare Invoicing as needed
• Other duties as assigned by dept. manager
• Previous work experience in Logistics company a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic Excel
• Ability to possess a TSA – Security Threat Assessment (STA)
• Clean background and drug screen a must
