Job Purpose:    Provide administrative support to the accounting office and Controller.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in general clerical and administrative support
  • Intermediate Excel and Word skills
  • Upbeat phone personality with good communication skills
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Bilingual a plus

Essential Job Duties:

  • Compare invoices to contracts, research discrepancies and approve
  • Review and process Visa bills
  • Enter code dates in the system for the recall program
  • Distribute incoming mail and documents and process outgoing mail
  • Act as backup phone operator
  • Assist with Human Resources functions
  • File invoices and folders
  • Order supplies
  • Assist other departments and the Controller as needed

Personal Characteristics:

Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, well organized, excellent follow-up skills, good communicator, punctual and dependable.

Hours:Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm. 

Dress Code: Casual
