Job Purpose: Provide administrative support to the accounting office and Controller.
- 5-7 years of experience in general clerical and administrative support
- Intermediate Excel and Word skills
- Upbeat phone personality with good communication skills
- Accurate data entry skills
- Bilingual a plus
Essential Job Duties:
- Compare invoices to contracts, research discrepancies and approve
- Review and process Visa bills
- Enter code dates in the system for the recall program
- Distribute incoming mail and documents and process outgoing mail
- Act as backup phone operator
- Assist with Human Resources functions
- File invoices and folders
- Order supplies
- Assist other departments and the Controller as needed
Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, well organized, excellent follow-up skills, good communicator, punctual and dependable.
Hours:Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
