Social Media Content Manager will be a hands-on creative strategist who will take ownership of the planning and implementation of the company’s social media strategy to promote the brand and drive traffic to the website.

Hours: Flexible schedule; Mon-Fri
Pay: $27-28/hr
**MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 4 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN ALL AREAS BELOW**
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy – create a content plan including a content calendar with the brand's objectives, target audience, and trends
Content Creation – produce, photograph products, and curate visually appealing and engaging content, including images, stories, blogs, and stories that resonate with our audience
Posting and Scheduling – manage the post schedule to ensure consistent and timely content updates, and utilize tools to optimize posts
Community management – engage with followers, responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions
Affiliate Marketing – Source and manage new influencers and affiliates; collaborate and manage partnerships to promote the brand and reach a broader audience
Paid Advertising – run and optimize social media ad campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and lead generation
Email Marketing – create promotional and informational content to target market lists
Goal Setting – establish clear objectives and KPIs for all socials working toward achieving them and report them on a weekly basis
A/B Testing – conduct A/B tests to refine content, captions, hashtags, and other elements to improve overall performance
Collaboration with Cross-Functional teams – coordinating with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels
EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
- A MINIMUM OF 4 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE MANAGING SOCIAL MEDIA WORKING SPECIFICALLY WITH A PRODUCT
-AFFILIATE MARKETING EXPERIENCE WITH AN EXISTING NETWORK
-MUST HAVE A PHOTOGRAPHY BACKGROUND WITH EDITING EXPERIENCE
-MUST WORK WELL INDEPENDENTLY AND WITH A TEAM
