Job Title: Systems Support Assistant Manager
Location: Carson, CA
Job Type: Full time, exempt
Pay rate: $70K-$80K Depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Assist with managing the Operations Systems Support Department
• Working with other departments, inquire about the IT and software needs and issues requiring attention
• Working with the support team, maintain troubleshoot, address questions and issues with Cargowise and other software
• Assist with developing and revising SOPs computer network
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have knowledge and experience in the logistics industry (import/export, brokerage, trucking)
• Must be able to develop IT systems SOPs and have experience with implementation
• Previous business management or supervisory experience a must
• Previous knowledge and experience with Cargowise strongly preferred
• Printer, server and network experience a must
