Urgently seeking a qualified Account Coordinator to assist with air/ocean cargo operations and sales.

Job: Account Coordinator

Location: El Segundo, CA

Pay rate: $22-$25 DOE

Job type: full time, 9am-5:50pm

Responsibilities:

• Support the Global Sales/Major Accounts with analysis, data entry, invoicing and operations

• Coordination and day to day tasks for overseas cargo, including scheduling, customer service and rate quotes

• Assist with creating and managing documents and reports

• Present reports to clients

• Support process for billing, including AR and collections

• Interdepartmental communication and cooperation, suggest improvements or changes to improve and maintain efficiency and client satisfaction

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have previous experience and thorough knowledge of import/export operations and documentation

• Strongly prefer account management experience or work dedicated to a major accounts

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word, cargo specific software experience a plus

• Professional demeanor verbally and in writing

• Able to multitask and prioritize daily activities

• Open to feedback and cooperation

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience
