Job Board

Seeking an individual to: oversee/perform defensible space and snow removal operations; maintain the dumpster and cardboard areas, prepare dumpsters for pickup; oversee and coordinate repairs to pavement, retaining walls, etc.; maintain doggie bag stations; maintain and coordinate replacement of signage; and perform road sweeping and parking space striping.  

Must have experience working in maintenance; must have good communication skills to interact with contractors, BOD, and residents; must be organized and efficient to work effectively and independently; knowledge and ability to use basic work tools and equipment is required; must have a strong work ethic and be self-motivated.

Work is primarily outdoors.

Must be able to stand, lift, bend, and stoop.

Must have a valid driver’s license.
