Urgently hiring for an import/export clerk for both Air and Ocean Freight.

Job TItle: Air & Ocean Import/Export Clerk

Location: Torrance, CA

Pay rate: $23/ hr

Responsibilities:

• General operations such as AES filings, scheduling pick ups, generating and managing paperwork like BOL and updating shipment files. 
• Communicate with clients and vendors on statuses
• Other duties as assigned

Experience

• 2+ years of experience at an Air freight forwarding company
• Understanding of load plans, manifests, bill of lading and other documents
• Understanding of carriers and booking freight
• AES and SCE
• Excel, Word and similar computer program experience
• Cargowise or similar experience
