Job Title: Systems Support Assistant Manager

Location: Carson, CA

Job Type: Full time, exempt

Pay rate: $70K-$80K

Responsibilities:

• Assist with managing the Operations Support Department

• Working with other departments, inquire about the needs and issues needing attention

• Working with the support team, troubleshoot, address questions and issues with Cargowise

• Assist with developing and revising SOPs

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have knowledge and experience in the logistics industry

• Must be able to develop SOPs and have experience with implementation

• Previous management or supervisory experience a must

• Previous knowledge and experience with Cargowise strongly preferred

• Bilingual English/Japanese preferred
