May 18th thru May 20th 2008, The Pacific Coast Council of CHB, Freight forwarders
will meet in Washington, DC. This two and half day event provides opportunities for
West Coast brokers and forwarders to meet and work directly with the people at Customs,
Fed. Maritime Commission, Dept. of Homeland Sec., and on Capitol Hill who are making the
decisions that impact you.
Key topics on the Agenda include;
Agenda to include: C-TPAT, 10+2, Centralized Bonds, CF29s,
Import Specialist Changes and Reviews, Gate Outs, E-manifests, Export Procedures,
ITAR Enforcement, Conditional Release, MID instructions and more.
