Executive Level Management:
Presidents, C.E.O, C.R.O

Mid Level Management:

Office / Branch Managers, Dept. Managers, Special Project Managers.

Sales  (Inside and Outside):
Responsible for developing new customer accounts, as well as maintain existing accounts.  Some positions may require a degree.   

Executive Secretary:

Performs clerical, secretarial duties for senior management.   Types 60 wpm and up. Uses transcription machine and or steno/shorthand at 80 wpm and up. Skilled at working with all levels of an organization. Coordinates, facilitates executives material. Prepares and maintains a daily calendar and schedule. Uses initiative to source related documents and prepare background materials and information. Maintains personnel records, screens calls and visitors, opening and reading incoming mail, handling incoming calls, placing outgoing calls, handling confidential arrangements, ect.   Type letters, reports, memos, and general correspondence from draft.   Maintains subject, and chronological files and performs general clerical support duties.
