CLERICAL SUPPORT

General Clerk

Performs basic clerical office duties that do not require specialized knowledge or skills. May include copying, filing, sorting, stuffing, and addressing or light supply room duties. Works under direct supervision.

Receptionist/Switchboard:
Duties include responding to all incoming telephone calls and routing them appropriately as well as greeting and directing visitors. Maintain Record of calls and messages, as well as conference calls, ect. Poised and placing professional attitude and appearance.

Data Entry:
Types 40 wpm or more. Performs inputting, retrieving, editing and updating of data on a computer. Proficient with either or both alpha and numeric data. Able to scan various documents for key data. Maintains files, logs, or indexes of all stored materials.

Customer Service:

Responds to all incoming calls, routes them correctly. Coordinates and facilitates executive tasks and supplies information to callers. May place specialized long distance, overseas or conference calls. Duties may also include light traffic and announcing or directing them to proper destination.
