Poor
Attendance, Excessive Tardiness?
When
Do Employees Cross the Line?....
Putting your coworkers' in a position to cover for absences
and burdening your employer with your personal problems....eg; Extended
lunches, 10 min late, Doctors visits etc.,
May not seem like a big deal, but, your actions can cost an employer thousands each month, not to mention those coworkers who don't "feel the love" for you.
Think
about it....What if your employer just decided to short pay
you on your paycheck?...You'd probably get angry right?
Many
companies allow time for the occasional doctor's appointment
or personal business. However, employees are expected to put
in the hours they have agreed upon.
Be
respectful, and you'll be treated the same.

Hot
Tip...
The excuse... "I had a family emergency". Is heard
way too often...That little personal errand you had was anything but a family emergency.
Only use this excuse if it is indeed an emergency!
