Poor Attendance, Excessive Tardiness?

When Do Employees Cross the Line?....

 

Putting your coworkers' in a position to cover for absences and burdening your employer with your personal problems....eg; Extended lunches, 10 min late, Doctors visits etc.

What if your employer decided to short pay you on your paycheck?

You took an extra 10 minute lunch and was late 20 minutes this week ....No big deal right? 

The point is; Many companies allow time for the occasional doctor's appointment or personal business. However, employees are expected to put in the hours they have agreed upon.

Be respectful, and you'll be treated the same.

 

 

Hot Tip...

The excuse... "I had a family emergency".  Is heard way too often! 

Only use this in a real emergency.

Taking off on a Friday or Monday to extend your weekend, was anything but an emergency.
